Note:
- For US orders, if you purchase a tufting gun and select expedited shipping, your order will ship via UPS or FedEx. If you only purchase a tufting gun without expedited shipping, it will be shipped via DHL and USPS joint service by default.
- Processing Time: Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday). Please note that this timeline may be extended in case of holidays.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical or residential address for delivery.
- US Orders: In addition to the above restrictions, we do not ship to remote or island addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
- EU Orders: We do not ship to Malta, Cyprus, or certain island regions within the EU.
Order Modifications and Address Issues
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled directly through the website after placement. If you need to change the address or cancel, please contact us via email at support@clawlabtech.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order is shipped.
- For orders with incorrect addresses (e.g., mismatched zip code and city), we will notify you via email. Please reply with the correct address within seven business days. Otherwise, the order will be refunded by default. We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered orders due to address errors.
Order Confirmation and Shipping
- After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 5 business days, please contact our customer service.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, shipping carrier information, and package tracking number. You can use this information to track the status of your order.
- Multiple Packages: If you ordered multiple products, you may receive them in separate packages depending on the size and volume of the items. However, if your order includes smaller items, such as a start kit, they may be shipped together with other products like the tufting kit in a single package to minimize shipping costs and maximize box usage.
Delivery Instructions and Inspection
- Delivery Monitoring: As our products are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. If you are unavailable during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- Acceptance of Delivery: Upon receipt of the package (by you or someone on your behalf), Clawlab considers this as your acceptance of the package and its contents.
- Inspection and Reporting Issues: To protect your rights, we recommend recording a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, or if items are missing or damaged, please contact Clawlab Support Team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide the order number, and include relevant pictures or video for immediate resolution.
- Lost Packages: If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors to see if they accepted the package on your behalf. Also, inspect areas around your property, such as your garage or yard, as the courier may have left the package there. If the package is still missing, contact us at support@clawlabtech.com within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier. After this period, we will not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
