Refund & Return Policy
We appreciate your support and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ClawLab. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment and within the timeframe specified on our website. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
2. Return Window & Conditions
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) must be provided
- Return requests must be submitted to support@clawlab.com before sending any product back
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the courier you select.
- If the return is caused by ClawLab (e.g., wrong item sent, item damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us with clear photos and order details.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved:
- A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees (if paid by the customer initially) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@clawlabtech.com.
5. Warranty
All ClawLab products include a 6-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturer defects

Non-human-caused malfunctions during normal use
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or improper operation

Modifications or disassembly by the user

Consumables or accessories not made by ClawLab
