The tufting gun comes with a high-quality 65W USB-C Power Adapter.

The tufting gun is intended for adult use. It has been designed with safety in mind, but it should not be used by children without adult supervision to ensure their safety.
For optimal performance, it's important to use glue that is compatible with your specific project. We recommend purchasing glue from our official website, where you can find options that are safe for use with our products.
We recomand two types of yarn:
- Soft Tufting Yarn (Cotton-Acrylic Blend): Perfect for creating plush, soft rugs and intricate 3D decorations.
- Durable Carpet Yarn (Wool-Cashmere-Nylon Blend): Ideal for making larger rugs that need to withstand high traffic and offer some waterproof capabilities.
- First-Time Use: Start by practicing on scrap fabric to get comfortable with the gun’s richer work modes.
- Regular Maintenance: Clean the gun regularly and avoid prolonged use to prevent overheating, ensuring the tool remains safe and effective.
- Storage: Store the tufting gun in a dry, well-ventilated area to protect it from damage.
- Accessories: Always use original accessories to maintain the safe operation and performance of the gun.
Check if the indicator light ring is illuminated. If it’s not lit, ensure the adapter and power connection are properly inserted and that the device is powered on. If the light is on and displays yellow, the device is in self-lock mode.In this case, press the MODE button located behind the gun to resume normal operation.

We ship to the following countries and regions: US (excl. AK, HI, PR, GU), EU (excl. MT, CY), CH, HK, MO, TW, JP, KR, SG, MY, TH, CA, AU. Shipping availability is subject to checkout validation.
United States (US)
U.S. customers can purchase our full product range, including tufting guns, tufting kits, tufting frames, and accessories. The Pink Tufting Kit is available in the U.S. only.
European Union (EU)
EU customers can currently purchase accessories only (e.g. heat press machines, TPU powder, start kits). Tufting guns, frames, and kits are not available on the website. For EU purchases of CLAWLAB tufting tools, please contact support@clawlab.com.
Shipping & Taxes
U.S. & EU: Free shipping on orders over $199 USD / EUR (tax included); $15 USD / EUR for orders below.
All other regions: $39–$99 USD shipping. Import duties and local taxes outside the U.S. & EU are the customer’s responsibility.
