Refund & Return Policy
We want you to have a great experience with Clawlab. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return after the item is delivered.
To request a cancellation, please contact our online support team or email us at support@clawlabtech.com.
2. Returns (14-Day Window)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Please contact us at support@clawlabtech.com for return authorization before shipping anything back.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered): Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- ClawLab-responsible returns (wrong item, manufacturing defect, damage on arrival): We cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a ClawLab error.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging
Claims made after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation, as we may be unable to verify the shipping damage.
6. Limited Warranty
All ClawLab products include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Non-user-caused malfunctions during normal use
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper operation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Third-party accessories or consumables
7. Warranty Service Region
The limited warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased. ClawLab does not provide cross-border warranty service.
